Our Eyelash Extension Supplies shipping policy is designed to get our products to you as quickly as possible. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping takes 10-18 business days. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and the address it is being shipped to. Orders over $150 automatically qualify for free shipping. We hope you love our products just as much as we do!

We do not do full refunds on any used product(s). We do not do returns but we do offer exchanges for unopened & unused product(s). We are unable to exchange or refund lash adhesives/bonders/primers.

  • Do you sell products that will improve my retention?
    YES, YES and YES! Good retention starts with healthy clean natural lashes. Our Prime Time! primer will ensure that your clients natural lashes are prepped for lash extension application. Using a primer gets rid of any dirt, oil, etc. that might still be lingering on your clients' natural lashes. Another product we have that will help retention is our Bond.Com! super bonder. Applying a bonder to your finished lash style will lock in and seal the glue to ensure the best attachment to the natural lash.
  • Are your products suitable for sensitive clients?
    Everything from our lashes to adhesives are great for sensitive clients! Here is a little run down... 1. Our lash glue is unscented and formulated with very low fumes, so it is less likely to cause a reaction. Of course, when using anything near a client's eyes it is best to do a patch test by placing a tiny drop of glue to the skin on their wrist. This will show you if there are any reactions if you are unsure about a client's allergies. 2. Our lash extensions are not made from any animal product. This limits the possibility of an allergic reaction, due to no animal oils or fibers being close to the eye or skin. 3. Our primer along with our bonder is also unscented and super gentle on or around skin.
